Trillian™ is a fully featured, stand-alone, skinnable chat client that supports AIM, ICQ, MSN, Yahoo Messenger, and IRC. It does.. My anti virus caught them on both the installation and the patch.

I figured you could use sandboxie to modify the file first and avoid the trojan, i may post the link to the patched file.
