It's not a true portable app, it creates a new folder:

C:\Documents and Settings\User\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Office

The description starts by referring to "Microsoft Outlook 2003" but this download doesn't include Outlook at all -- very misleading. If you want Word or Excel it's fine -- but don't be misled by he word "Outlook", you'll be disappointed.
