Go to http://eset.ihl5.com/ and download the patch. Then run it. It worked well for me!

obvious they have clocked onto people using patch could be why you are behind on your updates as current update number is 2780 oh well until someone cracks it proper its pointless using it may aswell just use it as trial until it runs out at least it updates as trial.
