Follow the instructions and write down the customer number details and then direct your browser to

www.yoursitehere.com/forum/install/instal.php

and follow the onscreen instructions.

Woo, thanks man!

Damn.. My free hosting company has a file limit which is 500KB.
Three files in the /install/ folder are larger then that.
I can't install vBulletin now because of this.
Damn.

vbulletin-adminhelp.xml = 768KB
vbulletin-language.xml = 1.03MB
vbulletin-style.xml = 991KB

Does anyone know how to reduce these files to under 500KB? I would think not, so sucks.

500kb file cap can be passed by doing a local install on a server on your computer(xampp or something like that) then uploading the files after installing and transfering the sql

you should use MySQL version 4.0.16 or greater.
i got problem during installation because at the time i used mysql 4.0.15

If it doesnt work, then try to find another one. As for posting a customer number, that wont work either, because if they post the customer number that worked for them, then it wont work for you casue its already installed.
