RapidShare Manager is a great tool to manage your RapidShare uploads.

The one flaw is that it needs to be installed to use.
I took the liberty to make a portable version of it.

The latest version of RSM will work on Vista only.
However, this portable version will work on XP too.

There is only one exe file of 302Kb.
Just run it and this portable version will start almost instantly
unlike having to wait a couple of seconds with the normal version.

The exe file is a WinRAR SFX (self-extracting executable).
You can open the file with WinRAR and see the contents.
This is completely safe.

This portable version will work even if the original gives you the following error.

There comes a time when we all get tired of heavy and bloated media players such as Windows Media Player and even iTunes.
Sometimes you just want to insert a track or play and mp3 and not be bothered bu codec warnings, updates or RAM shortages. That's why Complete Media Player has been designed and while hardly the most sophisticated media player on the market, it's refreshingly easy to use and light in operation. Complete Media Player is a highly simple player which not only plays music, but also allows you to watch videos and compile playlists. However, what is annoying is that there's no codec pack - you have to install each one separately depending on what you are watching. In a way, this is good because having too many codecs can slow a player down but ultimately, it's very tedious to insert a new DivX file and find out that you are lacking a specific codec. The play controls are very basic - there is shuffle, repeat and start, stop fast forward and rewind functions. And you can also watch your videos in full screen mode either by right clicking or using the basic file menu at the top.

I would only recommend this player if you have a particularly slow machine or need something that is extremely light on ram and only intend to play one specific type of film.

TrayIt! allows you to save precious Taskbar space for minimized windows. For each application which applies TrayIt! it creates a small icon in the System Tray. (System Tray area is located near the Clock). When the application's window is minimized this icon represents the application on the Taskbar instead of the regular "minimized rectangle". It is particularly useful for background tasks you typically keep running on your PC all day long like your favorite E-mail client, Real Player, etc.

Google Talk (GTalk) is a Windows and web-based application for voice over internet protocol (VOIP) and instant messaging, offered by Google. The first beta version of the program was released on August 24, 2005.

Instant messaging between the Google Talk servers and its clients uses an open protocol, XMPP, allowing users of other XMPP clients to communicate with Google Talk users. VoIP in Google Talk is based around the Jingle protocol. The technology used within the Google server network however is not publicly known.

The Google Talk client is currently only available for Windows (2000, XP, Server 2003, and Vista). Mobile clients are also available for the Blackberry, iPhone and T-Mobile G1. With the release of the Google Talk gadget, users of all platforms supported by Adobe Flash Player can also use Google Talk.[1] Many other XMPP clients are compatible with Google Talk, and support a variety of other platforms.
