This Author just stole from the Original Auther and need a credit for it, it free from the original auther and even better they speake a better english. and also, this application is using a version made on 2002, 5 years ago..

I just hate scamers just to get credits for Rapidshare.

dan2010, i didn't steal this program i got it from my friend and it was useful for me.So i decided to share it.Noting is written by me its a copy of what i got.
Its good that you gave the link for the newer version.I Thank you for it.
Also i have no use for getting credits by scamming people, as far i know i can get over 1000 rapidshare points per day without breaking a sweat.
I am doing this only as this site helped me alot and i want to return the favor by sharing the things that i have.

First of all, I would like to apologies for my behavior. May be I was not in the mode when I wrote what wrote. So please forgive my way of writing it. But let’s but the negative points aside and be more constructive in my comment:
1- Because of the many sharing that is going around these days, especially on this site, and I am talking about the people who use Rapidshare to gain points. I am just pest off and I don’t like that to continue. But if you haven’t meant that (and I did look into the shares you had to confirm; and they are great by the way) so forgive me if I did not check that first.
2- The only thing useful was from this tool is just an eye opener. I consider my self between mid to high of knowledge in IT/Programming, I never thought of a way out there that is available to package the application that are installed to be portable, until I saw your application.
3- But let’s be honest now, even if you had a good intention there, but that application was not just unprofessional, but also unethical. The reason I say that because it was written poorly and in a very bad language. Also, since the original author of UPX offer the application for free and explain it well and update it, personally I will give all the credit to him/her and definitely give a link to that information instead of creating a complete application that is not useful at all. The application contains only two things (the exe file of the UPX for a very old version, also a batch file that contains one single command). Simply you could a void a comments like mine by posting the original UPX file and include a text or a copy of the htm file with the instructions and give the link of that web site so every one can get always the latest version since it’s again free.
4- I did try the UPX in several applications and it did not work as promised, I just don’t have much time to dig into the UPX author’s web site to find out how. But good luck for the other guys out there.
5- Finally, I would like to thank you and all the guys out there for keeping this web site alive with a great shares like yours, keep it coming.

This is the same as winrar, where you 1) compress all files into exe 2) when you double click exe, it extracts all files to temporary location and runs the program within.

This is not a true guide to making a portable program.
