Of course it is a virus clowns, This is a crack/malicious program, which will be detected as a viruse in many antivirus programs

NOD 32 Only detects minor stuffs.....it's not as good as before....
and basically, since it's a crack, any AV programs would detect it as a virus...it's called False-Negative kind of detection....
