How can you say that Video Sreams HD is not working?

I downloaded my own file, extracted the data while typing in the 'www.dl4all.com' password, opened one of the After Effects Project file using AE CS3 and it works perfectly.

What version of After Effects are you running, sicne I haven't tried the design templates in After Effects CS4?
