Converting your documents to PDF is easy using Benubird Pro. It doesn't matter if the file you want to convert is in Windows Explorer or is already in Benubird Pro. You can also add, edit or remove the properties without needing to open the PDF.

Import files and folders with ease
Simply import files one at a time or add all files from a selected folder (including sub-folders). Drag and drop files into the file list or right-click on files in Windows Explorer and send them directly to Benubird Pro.

Watch folders: automatically and silently import files
Benubird Pro can automatically and silently import files from folders chosen by you on a timer. Specify document metadata to be added to files during the import process and set it to only add specific file types.

Export files to a zip archive, folder or email
Benubird Pro makes it easy to export files to zip archives (password protection optional) and folders. Export the whole library, a collection or the current selection of files. You can also quickly attach files to email messages.

Collections: organize files into virtual folders

Tags Filter: filter document tags to retrieve files
Apply descriptive tags to any file or group of files and then easily filter the file list based on the selected tags in the Tags Filter. Only files that have been tagged with the selected tags will be displayed.

Find: quickly search the properties of every file
Quickly search through the file properties of every file in the Benubird Pro library to find a match for your search query or only search specific properties like Title, Author, Subject or Tags.
