This is Windows 7 Sound Scheme
Extract first To
C:\Windows\Media

Procedure
1. Open Control Panel
2. open Sound & Audio Devices
3. Go To Sounds Tab
4. Change Windows Sounds By Clicking Browse
5. then Click Save As and Type Windows 7
6. Click OK
7. Reboot Your Computer
