any AntiVirus or any AntiMalware will detect it
as an infection, Virus, Trojans, and many more.

For those like me who really hate downloads from hotfile.com
Fallow this advice, everytime you see a hotfile link all you have
to do is ignor it and walk away from it, then copy the name of that
download and go to Google and type: rapidshare.com plus the name of
the download, here is an example: rapidshare.com Your Software Name.
