pai_nang,

You will need Stardock Windows Blind software to apply the theme.
After installation of windows blind software, open it and click on add visual style then click on " I will install the file frommy computer" i.e second button and then select the zip file named "Magic-windows skin" and click on apply changes.

For using Icon Package:
Install the Stardock Icon Package software. Then goto folder where u have unziped the magic decktop suite and goto icon packager folder and then magic folder then double click the file having icon of"I". It will automatically open the icon package software and then click on apply button.

Thats all.................
