It adds almost all functionality of Windows 7 taskbar back to XP and Vista!

2. Thumbnail previews for all opened windows. (in XP static - live in Vista)
3. Jump lists with pin support
4. Aditional tasks in jump lists
5. Pin support to taskbar (experimental)
