If it an adware file or a trojan file, delete it as soon as possible. Sometime when you finish downloading, it save the virus file to another place but like a copy of it. I got one and it a virus file but it still there since IT HIDDEN and a hidden trojan...

a hidden trojan... i got one of those by my friend!

it was a screensaver but he WAS an idiot that HE INFECTED MY PC and it cant be deleted...
