Adamant Theme For Windows Blinds

Adamant is a new WindowBlinds skin by Stardock Design. It has Vista support, including skinned Explorer backgrounds and IE7 tabs.
The screenshot does not do it justice! It has standard and transparent substyles for both XP and Vista.
