part 1, part 2, part 'n' means that the file is divided into 'n' parts.
each part consist of file with same size.

you have to download all the parts but the one to be extracted is part 1 only.
by the time you extract part 1 (once all parts are downloaded), other divided parts will be united in the file you've extracted.
