The KeyGen is for the Norton Ghost Program only.

The Rescue Disk is an ISO file which you burn to a disk and install from there.

Must installed from disk only, Will also be needed when you have to make up your very own rescue disk, which includes all of your systems drivers.

No additional registration required as you already have Norton Ghost registered with the serial number created by the KeyGen.
