It happened after finishing the new version check - it works. I can download premium account info, but nothing more - progress bar is working but no file data appears (even after 12 hours)...

I just tested the changing proxy on my IE, and guess what, The RS-MAM application use the same proxy setting as IE, so if you had that setting you should not have a problem.
Did you try the previous versions, as It did not have the update feature, did it work for you before?

yes, I use proxy, but how can I enter the proxy to the program ?

it works, but it shows only the first page of my files.... not all the files in my account
