Thanks Nisa but no good for me , tried on the Computer, and USB nothing works...
683...etc etc...TEAM HERITAGE....HERITAGE TEAM...obviously works for most must be something my end....thanks again.

Well there you go working fine now, was copying and pasting, ID and Serial from the Notepad info ....NO GOOD....typed in and fine DUH!!

This is a situation arises when you have certain active anti-viruses installed, e.g. Norton Internet Security. At shutdown Rollback Rx wants to "flush" all uncommitted changes to the disk, but the anti-virus interrupts this process. So there is a stand-off and the shutdown hangs up..

Solution:

1. Boot up PC. Press Home key as you see Rollback logo to enter Rollback subsystem console. (note: you may have to press Home several times for it to "take")
2. Select Advanced Options/System settings from there.
3. Input "lockdisk=0" (no quotes), press Enter key to set the value.
