What should I do with level 1,2,3?

Here is how it goes:
use PowerISO but without mounting the drive!
it will extract to a temp directory (takes about 10min).
If you will do it from virtual drive - it will ask "please insert cd1" so don't.

When asked for S/N choose 30 days trial.
after the installation completed run the premiere pro - it will ask you for S/N.
Enter the S/N from the keygen in (no need for the patch):

That's it your done!

Troubleshooting1:
If the premiere splash screen appears but the app doesn't run you will need to uninstall Quicktime appication (mov video viewer) and try again to run premiere.
This is a known issue at Adobe.
If it works you can reinstall the latest version of quicktime.

Troubleshooting2:
After the automatic upgrade to V4.01 the Adobe Media encoder may have problem to start and will close unexpectedly - upgrade for it will fail.
To solve this issue you will need to rename the file MCMHMPEG4Writer.vwr and MCMHMPEGWriter.vwr to .old.
These files are under:
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Media Encoder CS4\MediaIO\writers
The Adobe Media encoder should work ok now.
You can update it to 4.01.

Try powerISO app to open the iso file.
Maybe it helps.

The included crack didn't work for me.
I found a key maker for CS4 that works:

I also added to hosts file:
127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com
I don't know if it helps or not.

Bottom line - add the line to hosts and use the key maker.
