if you don't have rapid account and you want to download from rapidshare continuously
you can use a Firefox extension

you can find a new item in tools menu of Firefox and you can add how many links from rapidshare as you want and download them without loss any time

Note: this tool can be useful for non premium users of rapidshare and with this tools you can't download with resume and you need to wait about 80 second for downloading 100MB file
but you can add 10 links (for example) and click start and leave your PC alone and depending on your connection speed after some times all links will be download
in other words you don't have to go to rapidshare site for each links and click Free User and wait for some seconds and then click Download. (all of this done with this tool)
