All of us know that using this is NOT full safe.The most secure way is to download only the software with serials and scan the archives using some antivirus,antitrojans or antispyware tools before open and install.Most of keygens,patches,activators contain viruses,worms,trojans or spyware.Some of them are false/positive because the authors use some packers (UPX,FSG,etc) most of virus makers also use.So,the antivirus softwares see that as same as dangerous viruses,worms,trojans or spyware.
If some smart guys try to go forward,read them with some text editors (Notepad++,WinHex,etc) to see if some serials or registry keys are inside (basic way) or unpack,decomile,map it,analize,serch the malicious code,modify and pack them back with an well known software (also used by trusted software developers).This is the hard but full of hapiness way
Another easy way it's just to use the Sandboxie,DeepFreeze or another software that can back up your system easily in the time before you run that untrusted tool.

I love it.This is the fastest XP SP3 I ever tried.I can use network after I install the ethernet driver.The author removed all unnecessary or rarely used things from classic XP.This XP work very good with all portables I tried and need very small resources.If you want,you can install all your necessary software you need.Very good post.
