Well, I have to admit... I am very impressed with this small gem of software! This program was about 125% effective... Not only did it recover all of the files lost from the partition dump, but it also recovered some files I intentionally deleted before this mistake occurred. The entire restoration process took about 32 hours. But, that's a small drop in the bucket compared to the hundreds of hours I would have spent if I would of had to re-download all those files.

About 9 hours ago, I made a complete noob mistake and removed the wrong partition... Research lead me to this piece of software. Hopefully it works!! Thanks in advance for the share, I'll be back later to update on the progress of the attempt to recover 365GB worth of files...
