Hey, thanks, it works perfectly, just what you got to do is like Tiler Durden did, because I think the information about the keygen it is not well formulated, the only thin to do it is to create the FLEXLM FOLDER in C:, THEN copy the awkeygen.exe, an the aw.dat in the same folder, then go ahead and install maya, after you install maya
Goto start-->all programs-->Autodesk-->common utilities-->FlexLM license utilities
5. Under system settings copy Ethernet address
6. Open the file (from the directory FLEXLM) aw.dat with Wordpad and replace the words "your host"
with the copied Ethernet address. Save and close wordpad
7. Using the run utility and type: C:/FLEXLM/awkeygen.exe aw.dat, hit ok, I don't think taht you will need the step 8 9 AND 10, i DID NOT DO IT, AUTOMATICALLY IT WILL ACEPT IT..WHEN YOU PUT THE INFORMATION IN RUN UTILITIES HAVE TO GIVE ONE SPACE BETWEEN C:/FLEXLM/AWKEYGEN.EXE AND AW.DAT
8. Goto start-->all programs-->Autodesk-->Maya 2009-->Licensing
select "I would like to install license from a file"
9. Browse to the path of the file aw.dat
10. Click install
