after downloading all files when i try to open the (time_to_see_me_in_action.part01)winrar file its showing an error(time_to_see_me_in_action.part01 and time_to_see_me_in_action.part07 wrong password ) wat to do ? the password is www.opgamez.net know but it's not working pls pls help

Hi Frnd please Help me
after installing the game
i hav opened the FALLOUT 3 Shortkey on my desktop
but
it's
not
opening when i click play it's showing a error (This application has failed to start because xlive.dll was not found . Re- installing the application may fix the problem) what to do now i love this game i spend 4 days to download this game but i really upset why it's not opening !!!! plssssssssssssssssssssssss help me !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
