I know how difficult is to designe a new template for a reputed site like dl4all and my opinion is only for a good wish and not to dislike anybodies hard work. In my opinion:-
1. Look n feel is good but not good enough as it should be for this site.
2. Logo on the top left bears a very poor quality not in designe but drawing.
3. Borders at least have some combinition of colors.
4. A lot of space is empty.
5. Simple designe is nice but a 2nd version is also required with new technologies like
silverlite.

Adding more ram is not the solution for every slow PC. CPU becomes more busy addressing ram issues resulting in more slow. However your post seems to be nice I will try its a new thing Thanx in advance if it worked.
