Guys all u have to do is uncompress it using kgb which comes in the download, then simply mount the foler u get as an image using for example MagicIso, it works, thank you very much who posted this, and all those who say its false and it doesnt work, are non-informed allwishing noobs!

Thanks a lot man, have 2 problems you might know how to solve. No sound as said above, and on the 4th race of the career, on about 80% "speed.exe has stoped working correctly"
