I do not know why it did not work for you.I'm using the "Unreal Patch" with the method that after install do not press finish button.Go to "kill" the process IDMan.exe.(ctrl+alt+del--->processess find IDMan.exe--->END process).Now just apply the patch.It's really working,do not need serial.
