is there another way to use this rapidshare accout?

in this forum most of user post download link in rapidshare. how can I downlad this links as free user of rapidshare. rapidshare always says me some download from my Ip currently in progress so I can't download it.

I also uses some proxy tools but can't works. if any one have good one pleae pose or specifyme the links
