the patch work good but the software dosent work or change any ip,s

Correction for my comment:
The patch doesn't work for me with XP SP3 or Vista. I only see a small part of a window, without buttons.
In an old XP System I saw almost all, and was able to make it work.
The patch would work well with a bigger window or a smaller font.
