When you start the program, inside it somewhere easy to find is called proxy copy and paste these ips or if these doesn't work google some in google.com

Anything about RS is wasting of Time. So for none of them worked.

The Premium accounts also can't work since the RS checks the IPs of Download and in very soon you will be struck.
