Change your ip!!
If it still doesnt work,then uninstall, scan registry & renew your ip address.
How to renew ip...
1) for dynamic ip's =} just disconnect and reconnect.
2)for static ip's =} use any software like "invisible browsing" or "change my ip".
3) reinstall
4)make sure that ur ip was changed..

To Get new 300 mb B/W , "install proxy finder", find proxy with "port 80". put the ip address & port no in the "file downloader" "optoin"---"connection, enable proxy. make new account.after it says 300mb new account created, uncheck useproxy in the "option" heading.noe log in via ur newly created account. it will show new 300 mb connection. any further detalis mail me guhasandipan@gmail.com. i have worcked out, & its doing great, thanks for "Silent killer"

i Just tried out one more for ur convinience .its worked. i have a static ip address,still via this proxy finder route i am able to make as many accounts as i wish. just one for silent killer.

1. Install proxy finder
2. Find proxy with "port 8080" or whichever port u'l see in ur File downloader...
3. Now open File downloader
4. Click on Options
5. Click Connection
6. Enable Use proxy.
7. Now whichever port u'l see in File downloader,use that in 2nd step..

Now register...Now it says 300mb new account created.. request

Uncheck use proxy in the "option" heading.. & again after 300 Mb , follow the same steps..

It may look complicated, but if u'l follow the instructions.. it'll take 1 minute... love

I uninstalled & reinstalled again yet it showing 3 MB limit.
