missing dll's something wrong with the patcher.... any idea how to fix it?

Does this thing actually work? The last time I downloaded a "Limewire Acceleration Patch", my PC got hit with a HUUUGE virus that wouldn't even let my desktop load! Please reply to this if you've used it without any problems...
