Um, its for Windows XP, but can work in Windows Vista as well, but I have NO IDEA AS TO WHY YOU ARE REFERRING TO THIS AS A PATCH????? THESE ARE SYSTEM SOUNDS!!!

I my using VISTA ULTIMATE PATCH for my 1st pc and i hav been looking for such a patch for my 2nd pc (with low specs).
