The band lyrically retraces their roots from the L.A. scene, the struggle to break through, and their lives as one of the biggest rock bands to come out of hard rock and metal. This is the strongest album from the band or any other hard rock band from the era of big hair and decadence in years. “Saints Of Los Angeles” is set to be released in the United States on June 24th, 2008.

Crue's bassist, Nikki Sixx, confirmed the news to the press saying, "We pushed back the release one week so that we could get it onto the album -- it now has 13 tracks." He also added, "It's the ultimate song to end the record with and begin the new chapter of our career."

About the new album, it will be the legendary rockers first full length record after 10 years of absence. Meanwhile, the new single which has the same title of the album, was aired through radio stations on April 15. It then got a further promotion after being released through Rock Band music video game, which is available in both XBox and Playstation.
