I am not Iranian and I wish all Iranians best of luck . There is absolutely no reason for belligerence towards those who want to help or wish you well. Hoping the will of the people triumphs without the bloodshed.
If methods dont change, they become obsolete. Same with people as they grow from childhood to adulthood. Same thing with governments. Same thing with religions.
Iranian people have become adults, and the the only government that can compliment this is for a government or leadership they choose for themselves and not the other way around.
Old systems of government have no place in the 21st century. Its going backward, no freedom, no progress, and just intolerance for other nation's governments who are different from them.
I also had the experience of an evil government but let me tell you that this is not what you want. Being a prisoner in your own country is the biggest evil might happen. We are all born to be free persons into a free world.

bull**** Iran is one of the most free nations on the planet. Sure women need to wear veils in public, that may be wrong... but what else is there? No porn or alcohol, that because Iran hold a high moral value for the good of its citizens.
No free media? DId you know that Iran was topped by the west when it manipulated the news to achieve a coupe? All of the worlds media is owned by 9 conglomerates... Iran can resolve their own political issues, one can only pray that democracy freedom will prevail eventually. We have no right to interfere with their culture and believes. What would happen if the Muslim world decided to liberate the Christian World. We must learn to respect others. We unfortunatly in this free society we live in, thinkt hat we must liberate the entire world. That is why there is so much war and millions of people die every year. Who appointed any government the Police Power of this planet. Why dont the super powers liberate other countries that have more internal problems and Tirants in charge, there are many in Africa to start with. our problem is that we are greedy for more power, who ever controls the OIL has power, and that is why Iran is being targeted this time. Pray for the people of Iran and let God do his work. I am a Christian and I have been raised to respect other religions and believes, its a pity that many don't. I can go on and on and even qoute the Bible, but I wont. I just hope that what ever happens in Iran in the next couple of months, will be peacfull. The world should unite in prayer and not ready itself for war against the Iranians, that is why we are in disaray. We are to quick to go in guns blazing, why dont we learn to be compassionate and most importantly respectful towards our fellow man. Iran might have different religious beliefes and cultures to those of ours, has any one stopped and thought for a second that our believes and cultures might seem strange to them..........? Just look back into history and look what war has done to us, just bought more and more heart ache and billions of death. I am pretty sure there are others out there that feel the same way as I do. Make you voices heard, love your fellow man is so much better than killing him, you could be surprised...... your fellow man could love you back, honour and respect you as well. Ever thought of that?????? I leave you with this Scripture - that we all so very well know - Love your fellow man as you love your self.
What is this really? I am not an Iranian, however, i am sure that IRAN can solve its problems effectively, no doubt! So, why such post should be here??? Just leave people live in peace alone, and don't push your nose among them!!
Why is it that some people don't take sides in an issue? Are you afraid or simply don't care? Your motto in life must be - "Mind your own business, I mind my own". If this is true, then leave alone those people who want to express their thoughts.
I admire the courage of this forum for coming out and expressing support for the tens of thousands of Iranians who are now in the streets voicing out their sentiments.
I sympathize with the rallyists because I went through this same experience in my own country where we faced tanks and soldiers armed to the teeth. Our only weapon were our angry voices and empty clenched fists. And we won in the end with no external interference.
I am not a Muslim but I feel a sense of brotherhood with the protesting Iranians.
Of course, let the Iranians solve their own political problems--God's will be manifested in the end.
