well I have the same problem in my ( Arabic ) site
and I have to find new server, if u could share the server with me, I could add new hard disk and change the traffic to unlimited
I be in my own hard disk, and u in ur own one !!

Really happy that now its okay because really i missed days when the site was offline feel
