Thanks. It works. I finished installing.
Here are the steps:

Tested: Dual boot with Windows XP installed first.

Pre-requisites:
You will need 3rd party partition manager if you have only one drive with OS installed on it. If multiple drives are there, specify the other drive during installation.

Installation Instructions
1) Burn the ISO to CD. It will make Bootable Windows VIsta
( Recommendation: Write with slow speed on good CD
Otherwise you may get error like following:
"Windows cannot install required files. Make sure all files required for installation are available and restart installation - Error Code x80070714"

Googling says:
i) Corrupt image (iso) file
ii) Error burning disc
...
)

2) Start the machine with bootable CD inserted into CD drive.

3) Enter bios setup.
i) Change the boot sequence to boot from CD or DVD drive.
Depending on laptop or desktop and make of machine, key to enter BIOS setup is different. Ex. F2 or F12, etc.

ii) Save & Exit.

4) It you prompt to boot from CD drive. Press any to continue

5) It will load windows file. Later will prompt where to install Vista. Specify the clean drive formatted. Make sure you don't selected the partition which has your existing OS (XP or any other)

6) It will install quickly. Later will ask to set the username and password. Follow the prompt.

It installed like a charm but when it restarted after setting up my desktop, It wouldn't load into vista. What's going on?

Installed on 8GB partision, 512MB Memory. What am I doing wrong?
