If it picks up as malware, even if false, then it's useless as any decent a/v will stop it. Does anyone have any trouble with it?

I agree with Jacobk. If it is picked up by antivirus software, then wont it be just as likely to be picked up by the AV on the target computer? That would defeat the purpose. If the AV on 'The target' blocked it from being accessed you wouldnt get anything and then the computers owner would know it had been tampered with because the AV log.
