CDBurnerXP - a program for recording CD and DVD, including Blu-Ray and HD-DVD. Writes data to the hard drive and from ISO images, record a data CD and audio-CD. In addition, you can create bootable discs, transcribed audioCD on hard disk "on the fly" in the files MP3, OGG, WMA, WAV, and save images of the CD in the form of ISO-files. CDBurnerXP can work with both conventional and with rewritable and understands the "multisession."

Important changes (4.5 in general):
Numedia Soft burning library is no longer used: Should solve various issues like no device detection on AHCI systems, 100% CPU usage while burning, and similar issues. Should also decrease startup time a little.
Extended UDF support (up to version 2.60)
Fixed many issues, in particular audio burning should be more reliable
Restored support for Windows 2000

Changes in latest beta 4:
Added support for new "Opus" audio codec
Fixed: Even though enough free disc space is reported, an error message is shown
Fixed: Setting the "hidden" state does not work / error message when opening existing compilations with hidden files or folders
Fixed exception when trying to delete the data root node
Fixed an error that occurred when renaming files
Fixed: Selecting the disc number in disc spanning does not work

CDBurnerXP is freeware, T_BAG. It can be downloaded from the developer's website (with no risk of it having been modified by a third-party) so what's the point of uploading freeware to a file hosting service?
