N4b's Outlook Express Address Book Manager
A simple program to manage the Outlook Express Address Book file.
Can move, replace, make or restore backup.
Backup your contacts before formatting, or transfer them to another system.
Move to another partition to prevent losses!
Extract it, place in a folder.
I've made it for Windows XP - never tried on Windows Vista.
