XviD | English | 432x324 , 25 FPS | MP3 | 160 Kbps Popeye the Sailor is a comic strip character, later featured in popular animated cartoons. He was created by Elzie Crisler Segar[1], and first appeared in the King Features comic strip Thimble Theater on January 17, 1929. Popeye quickly became the main focus of the strip, which was one of King Features’ most popular strips during the 1930s. Thimble Theater, carried on after Segar’s death in 1938 by artists such as Bud Sagendorf, was renamed Popeye in the 1970s. Today drawn by Hy Eisman, Popeye continues to appear in first-run strips in Sunday papers (daily Popeye strips are reruns of older strips). In 1933, Max and Dave Fleischer’s Fleischer Studios adapted the Thimble Theater characters into a series of Popeye the Sailor theatrical cartoon shorts for Paramount Pictures. These cartoons proved to be among the most popular of the 1930s, and Popeye at one time rivaled Mickey Mouse for popularity among audiences. After Paramount assumed control of the Fleischer Studio in 1942, they continued producing the series until 1957. Later Popeye cartoons were produced for television from 1960 to 1962 by King Features, and from 1978 to 1982 and 1987 to 1988 by Hanna-Barbera Productions (now owned by Warner Brothers). |

English | Genre : Action/Thriller | 86 min | XVid 640x272 | 143 kbps vbr mp3 | 23 fps | 700 MB Ever wondered what Clive Owen’s Bond would have been like? Look no further than this frenetic actioner, which sees his carrot-chomping¬ sharpshooter try to save a newly orphaned baby from the clutches of evil assassin¬ Giamatti.Over-the-top, cartoonish and ridiculously violent, Michael Davis’s film rivals Crank for sheer stupidity – at one point Owen has a shoot-out while shagging Bellucci’s maternal prostitute. But, thanks to its sneakily subversive¬ tone (the plot, with heavy irony, involves gun control) and grandstand performances¬, the flashy result¬ mostly hits the target. The London Paper For an action film, boasting a body count higher than its IQ isn’t always a bad thing. In director and screenwriter Michael Davis’s stylish SHOOT ‘EM UP, inventive set pieces, and tongue-in-cheek humor make for fun, fast entertainment. Clive Owen (CHILDREN OF MEN) plays Smith, a man who is minding his own business and chomping on carrots when he is forced to try to save a pregnant woman in trouble. After she is killed, he takes charge, keeping her newborn child safe from a snarling villain (Paul Giamatti, THE ILLUSIONIST). Aided by a prostitute (Monica Belluci, THE BROTHERS GRIMM), Smith shoots his way through the big city as he cradles the baby in his arms. Davis hails from the same school of thought as fellow directors Quentin Tarantino and Robert Rodriguez. Like those filmmakers, Davis doesn’t take the medium too seriously, as he pays homage to action classics and peppers the film with playful dialogue and set pieces. This film might not be the standard choice for an Oscar-nominated actor such as Giamatti, but he’s clearly enjoying his role as the bad guy, and it’s just as much fun for the audience. With SHOOT ‘EM UP, Davis has crafted a movie full of jaw-dropping action sequences sure to please fans of high-energy films from directors such as John Woo. |

KoolMoves takes an approach to Flash movie creation that is in tune with the animation process, because it was designed by a professional animator. It is a mature animation package with ease of use and power as guiding principles. To make animations in KoolMoves all the user has to do is draw or import shapes or images and then reposition, reshape, and recolor the animation objects in adjacent key frames to achieve the look you want. KoolMoves automatically morphs shapes in between each of the shapes you create to achieve smooth animated motion. It's like putting together a cartoon strip. Each frame contains text, images, shapes, sounds, and actions. For character animation, one frame would have the characters in one pose and in the next frame in another pose. Features:- Import SWFs as editable movies - Import FLV Flash Videos - 51 action script based text effects - 100 stylish text effects templates - 343 clip art items and buttons - 20 web interface templates - Transition, spin, rotate effects - 4 skill levels (wizards to cartooning) |
