Grand Theft Auto: Vice City (abbreviated as GTA: VC) is a sandbox-style action-adventure computer and video game designed by Rockstar North (formerly DMA Design) and published by Rockstar Games. It is the second 3D game in the Grand Theft Auto video game franchise and sixth original title overall. It debuted in North America on October 27, 2002 for the PlayStation 2 and was later ported to the Xbox and PC in 2003. Vice City was preceded by Grand Theft Auto III and followed by Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. Vice City draws much of its inspiration from 1980s American culture. Set in 1986 in Vice City, a fictional city modeled after Miami, the story revolves around Mafia member Tommy Vercetti, who was recently released from prison. After being involved in a drug deal gone wrong, Tommy seeks out those responsible while building a criminal empire and seizing power from other criminal organizations in the city. The game uses a tweaked version of the game engine used in Grand Theft Auto III and similarly presents a huge cityscape, fully populated with buildings, vehicles, and people. Like other games in the series, Vice City has elements from driving games and third-person shooters, and features "open-world" gameplay that gives the player more control over their playing experience. Upon its release, Vice City became the best-selling video game of 2002. As of July 2006, Vice City was, in the American market, the best-selling PlayStation 2 game of all time. Vice City also appeared on Japanese magazine Famitsu's readers' list of all-time favorite 100 video games in 2006, the only fully-Western title on the list. Following this success, Vice City saw releases in Europe, Australia and Japan, as well as a release for the PC. Rockstar Vienna also packaged the game with its predecessor, Grand Theft Auto III, and sold it as Grand Theft Auto: Double Pack for the Xbox. Vice City's setting is also revisited in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories, which serves as a prequel to events in Vice City. |

Hitman 2: Silent Assassin is the highly anticipated sequel to one of the more refreshing twists on violent action games in years past. Players take on the role of a hitman making his best effort to leave his violent past, and move onto greener pastures. After a brief run-in with a Russian crime lord, Hitman learns that he himself is a target. At this point, it is kill or be killed. In Hitman 2, players are given the chance to play in either first or third person modes. Missions can be saved midway through, and weapon inventory can also be carried over from mission to mission. Game design has been tweaked to allow for various methods of completing mission objectives. Players can either shoot holes in everything they see, or play a more silent and sneaky role to get the job done. Death is his business. And business is good. |

#4: Games : Hitman 4:Blood Money Ripped |

Hitman: Blood Money is a stealth game developed by IO Interactive, published by Eidos Interactive and directed by Rasmus Højengaard. It is the fourth entry in the Hitman game series and was released on May 26 in Europe and on May 30 in the United States, 2006[1] for the PlayStation 2, Xbox and Xbox 360 video game consoles, as well as PC. A Mobile Phone version under the same name was also released but with drastically different gameplay, graphics and overall style. [2] The story follows the life of professional hitman, Agent 47, as narrated in cutscenes by a former director of the FBI to a journalist who is interviewing him at his home. The wheelchair-bound ex-director recounts how his agency tracked 47 over a two-year period. The tone of Blood Money, in complete contrast with the dark and depressing mood of the previous game, is operatic and often veers into the larger-than-life, recalling elements of the 'world-traveler' grandeur of Hitman 2: Silent Assassin. The game marks 47's arrival into the United States of America, and also differs from the original three in that several contracts are carried out in civilian areas, as opposed to the "covert ops" settings of Codename 47, Silent Assassin, and Contracts missions. A sequel has recently been confirmed that it is in the works by Eidos Interactive. |

Publisher: Eidos Interactive Developer: Io Interactive Genre: Modern Action Adventure Release Date: May 30, 2006 (more) ESRB: MATURE ESRB Descriptors: Blood, Intense Violence, Partial Nudity, Strong Language, Use of Drugs, Sexual Themes The bald-headed contract killer known only as 47 is in good form, primed and ready for more work in the latest installment in the dark, stylish Hitman series. Though very similar to the last two games in the series, the open-ended stealth action gameplay offered by Hitman: Blood Money is still just about as tensely exciting as ever. A few new twists to the formula, an intriguing story, and a memorably diverse, cinematic sequence of missions further make Blood Money worth it. More bad people in high places need to be murdered in Hitman: Blood Money. Tags: Hitman 4 |

#11: Games : WWF WrestleMania ( Sega Game ) |

Despite being based on professional wrestling, WrestleMania's digitized graphics and fast-paced gameplay make it more of a fighting game in the vein of Midway's Mortal Kombat series. The game is regarded as over the top for its use of attacks. While some actual wrestling moves are present, matches consist primarily of insane combos and special attacks, such as the Undertaker casting spirits at an opponent and Doink shocking the opponent with a joy buzzer. There are other similarities to the Mortal Kombat games, such as the winner being the victor of two out of three rounds and players being awarded flawless victories, which are simply called "perfect" here. WrestleMania's one-player mode has the player choose one of eight wrestlers (Bam Bam Bigelow, Bret "The Hitman" Hart, Doink the Clown, Lex Luger, Razor Ramon, Shawn Michaels, The Undertaker or Yokozuna) and then go for either the Intercontinental Championship or the WWF Championship by fighting through several matches. In the Intercontinental Championship mode, the player must win four one-on-one matches, two two-on-one matches, and one three-on-one match to win the title. In the more difficult WWF Championship mode, the player must win four two-on-one matches, two three-on-one matches, and finally a "WrestleMania Challenge," where the player must defeat every wrestler in the game in a gauntlet, starting with a three-on-one setup, with each eliminated opponent being replaced with another until all eight have been defeated. |
