Robert T. Kiyosaki & Donald Trump | ISBN-10: 193391405X | English | MP3 (64kb/s) | 157 Mb The wildly financially successful authors of this book state, early on, that a reader will not find in its pages specific advice on how to make or invest money. It's more a book of philosophy (note the "why" in the title), and if it's not exactly Kierkegaardian in scope or language, this collaboration of real estate magnate and rags-to- riches financial guru manages to entertain and to inform. |

This guide to financial freedom will reveal why some people work less, earn more, pay less in taxes, and feel more financially secure than others. It is simply a matter knowing which quadrant to work from and when. If you've ever wondered why some people make it financially while others struggle all their lives, this is the book for you. It is a book written for people who are ready to move beyond job security and begin to find their own world of financial freedom. A large part of Kiyosaki's teachings focus on generating passive income by means of investment opportunities, such as real estate and small businesses, with the ultimate goal of being able to support oneself by such investments alone. In tandem with this, Kiyosaki defines "assets" as things that generate cash inflow, such as rental properties or businesses—and "liabilities" as things that generate cash outflow, such as house payments, cars, and so on. Such definitions are somewhat based on the concept of negative gearing. He also argues that financial leverage to be critically important in becoming rich. Cashflow Quadrant is a personal finance and investing book written with Sharon Lechter, C.P.A. as the sequel to Rich Dad, Poor Dad. In it, Kiyosaki discusses what he calls the cashflow quadrant: a grid consisting of the letters "E", "S", "B", and "I". The cashflow quadrant itself is just an illustrative tool to show the difference between Employees, Self Employed/Small Business owners, Business owners (not directly involved in the day-to-day operation of the company), and Investors. Kiyosaki discusses the differences between concepts and ideas characteristic of each quadrant, particularly as they relate to passive income and tax advantages. Again, as a self-help author, he invites readers to consider their own ideas about money. |

Most of us grew up with the same set of rules: go to school, get good grades, get a safe, secure job, work hard, build up your 401k, etc. We've all been taught that this is the way to reach the "American Dream." But the rich follow a different set of rules. In fact, the rich live in a world that most of us know nothing about. The rich pay less taxes and have set up their lives in such a way that money constantly comes into their pockets. At the same time, they use expenses to their advantage. In other words, the rules of the rich are what make them rich. Let's face it, the rich are getting richer, and the middle class is getting deeper in debt trying to keep up with the lifestyle of the rich . . . which makes the rich even richer. Robert Kiyosaki has found a better alternative -- his Rich Dad's secrets. " Rich Dad Secrets to Money, Business, and Investing" offers the lessons about money that Robert Kiyosaki, a self-made millionaire, learned from his rich dad . . . a dad that gave him not only money, but his secrets to acquiring great wealth. In this groundbreaking program, you will learn these priceless secrets. Instead of working for money, you'll learn how to make money work hard for you. You'll discover why you don't need a high income to become rich -- and that all you need is financial education -- the type of education this program can offer you. |
