This is the retail version of Windows XP Professional Sp3, the one you find in stores, not the volume lincese one, that is dedicated for corporations.
It requires activation, but I have included an activation crack.
Windows XP is a line of operating systems produced by Microsoft for use on personal computers, including home and business desktops, notebook computers, and media centers. The name "XP" is short for "experience".[3]
Windows XP is the successor to both
Windows 2000 Professional and
Windows Me, and is the first consumer-oriented operating system produced by Microsoft to be built on the
Windows NT kernel and architecture.
Windows XP Service Pack 3 (
SP3) was released to manufacturing on April 21, 2008 and to the public via both the Microsoft Download Center and
Windows Update on May 6, 2008.
It began being automatically pushed out to Automatic Update users on July 10, 2008. A feature set overview which details new features available separately as standalone updates to
Windows XP, as well as backported features from
Windows Vista has been posted by Microsoft. A total of 1,174 fixes have been included in
SP3. Service Pack 3 can be installed on systems with Internet Explorer versions 6 or 7, and
Windows Media Player versions 9 and above. Internet Explorer 7 is not included as part of
SP3.
