Q's Lightwave Aero for Vista (NEW)

For Vista 32bit. The theme may work on 64bit systems. The theme should work for Vista basic, but is skinned only for Aero. Also, the taksbar looks best on top or bottom. Let me know if there are any bugs. ;)

This is the most tired release I've ever been through. I wonder if user who get this will appreciate how hard I really went through for this. It seems Lee is being too messy right now so I won't hold back any longer. This release has overall improvements for features compared to previous versions and has a lot of user interface refinements for ease of use with end-user. You will find this program is amazingly easier comparing to all other shell packs. Let's see the changelog of this release.
