Over the weekend, Digital Domain added a plethora of VES Awards – including Outstanding Compositing – and an OSCAR for Visual Effects to their BAFTA for Special Effects awarded earlier this month for their work on ‘The Curious Case of Benjamin Button’. Although, Digital Domain came out on top, several other key customers were also nominated. At the VES, Framestore’s compositing team was nominated for their work on ‘Quantum of Solace’ – their first full project using Nuke – and The Orphanage for their work on ‘Iron Man’.
