Hold on to your necks, because the dreaded Prince Manuwalde is back in MGM Home Entertainment's release of Scream, Blacula, Scream. Presented in 1.85:1 anamorphic widescreen, the image is overall commendable despite a slightly "soft" appearance. Colors are well-balanced and edge-enhancement seems to have been kept to a minimum. An English-language Dolby Digital Mono soundtrack does a great job in recreating the film's original audio scheme, and English, French and Spanish subtitles are also offered. The film is about a family that live in a castle somewhere in Italy. They are somewhat a family something like the Addams Family but not as bizarre as more just insane. The father of family does not take kindly to strangers, and wants his free spirit daughter to be kept isolated from the outside world.
