Expression Blend - is a tool designer interfaces technologies WPF and Silverlight. Blend allows you to work with animation and three-dimensional graphics. Through integration with Visual Studio, developers and designers can work simultaneously on the same project.

LittleSnapper allows you to take screenshots of an entire webpage, or specific portions of your screen in general, without cluttering your desktop with a ton of icons. It then organizes those snaps into a library where you can tag, rate and comment them.

(WinSetupFromUSB_0-2-3.exe) If you have your own way or own program, then you don't have to use the one I included. This supports ALL Languages and ALL Keyboard Layouts.
