'Step Up 2: The Streets' is the film soundtrack album from the motion picture Step Up 2: The Streets. It was released February 5th 2008. The album debuted at No.13 on the U.S. Billboard 200, and peaked at No.5 two weeks later. The album also reached No.4 on the U.S. Rap Albums Charts. It has also peaked at No.3 on the Australian Albums Chart. The album featured the No.1 smash hit single 'Low', by rapper Flo Rida and auto-tune-using hip-hop and R&B artist T-Pain. The song's huge success as a single also helped to drive the 'Step Up 2: The Streets' soundtrack into the U.S. top five. The soundtrack featured two other successful singles, the U.S. top twenty remix of 'Can't Help But Wait', by Trey Songz, featuring rapper Plies, and another successful rap single, reaching No.14 in the U.S., 'Hypnotized', by rapper Plies and R&B singer Akon.
